It’s important for every homeowner
to pay his/her Eniswood Homeowners Association dues. Your dues pay for the water, electric, and maintenance bills for the
upkeep of the entrances to our subdivision. These actions help us to maintain our community as a desirable place in
which to live and, also, maintain our property values. Your dues also go towards Eniswood events such as the Annual Block
Party, Christmas Party and Easter Egg Hunt making our neighborhood a fun place to live!
Your dues pay for:
- Community beautification (landscaping at entrances)
- Maintenance
of the wall
- Utilities (electricity to light the sign; water for the landscaping)
- Neighborhood activities
- General
liability insurance
- Mailings
- Association
